Happy New Year!

With the beginning of the new year, we would like to start a new tradition- introducing to you PAH members.

I am honored to open this new chapter by introducing to you Dr. Paul Turke. I had a privilege of meeting Dr. Turke at the Ancestral Health Symposium 2016.

Dr. Turke is a pediatrician and an anthropologist and his believes align very closely with those of PAH’s. Thus we are very excited that he decided to join our organization and really looking forward to his presentation at the PAH Winter Retreat 2018.

Please allow me to share with you a new article published by Dr. Turke in Evolutionary Medicine and Public Health that I think many of you will find interesting and perhaps even useful.

It’s on the soaring prevalence of childhood food allergies. In his article, Childhood food allergies: An evolutionary mismatch hypothesis, Dr. Turke suggests an explanation and a plan for primary prevention.

More information about Dr. Turke can be found here.

To your health,

Polina Sayess, MD
President, Physicians for Ancestral Health
