The first winter retreat was held at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in February 2013. That’s when we made decisions regarding the name, goals and the structure of the organization, adopted our bylaws, and formed committees. Each of us gave a presentation in the area of their expertise (web development, coding for group visits, cardiovascular health, etc.). We also did some snowshoeing and sightseeing, enjoyed great meals, and overall had a very positive experience.
