My Story:
When dealing with patient’s medical issues, have always considered how our ancestors may have dealt with them. I’m a strong believer in evolution, millions of years of evolution brought us here and we need to heed this.
Large part of my practice is CV health, I use advanced testing to assess health and diet and lifestyle as primary tx, only adding medication when necessary.
I practice integrative and Functional medicine with emphasis on lifestyle changes to improve health. I have found many common problems like fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, and anxiety/depression dramatically respond to following ancestral diet and lifestyle.
